Just to get different perspectives from people, from your perspective, what are the top three skills or qualities of a financial leader of a company?
My opinion:
Top 3 skills:
1. Managerial (Cost): looking for opportunities to improve efficiencies
2. Financial Statement (Auditing): Being able to catch anything that seems to be out of line and start directing attention to those area in order to fix issues
3. Communication: ability to communicate the managerial and financial results to investors, employees, and customers as needed.
