The response rate among CMAs for management-accounting research surveys is only 1/8 of 1%. Thus, every CMA-participant counts. There is significant imparting of knowledge in doctoral management-accounting research and surveys, thus, an advantage for anyone CMA taking the survey to keep learning. Do it for the knowledge and for the science of management accounting, and for management accounting profession to always remain a separate branch of the accounting profession.
